　　When we were born, we were programmed perfectly. We had a natural tendency to focus on love. Our imaginations were creative and flourishing, and we knew how to use them. We were connected to a world much richer than the one we connect to now, a world full of enchantment and a sense of the miraculous.

　　So what happened? Why is it that we reached a certain age, looked around, and the enchantment was gone?

　　Because we were taught to focus elsewhere; We were taught to think unnaturally；We were taught a way of looking at the world that contradicts who we are；We were taught that things like grades, being good enough, money, and doing things the right way, are more important than love.

　　Love is what we were born with；Fear is what we learned here. The spiritual journey is the relinquishment, or unlearning of fear and the acceptance of love back into our hearts. Love is the essential fact. It is our ultimate reality and our purpose on earth. To be consciously aware of it, to experience love in ourselves and others, is the meaning of life.

　　Meaning doesn't lie in things. Meaning lies in us. When we attach value to things that aren't love -- the money, the car, the house, the prestige -- we love things that can't love us back. We are searching for meaning in the meaningless.

      Every heart sings a song, incomplete, until another heart whispers back. Those who wish to sing always find a song. At the touch of a lover, everyone becomes a poet.

　　What is wrong with our world is that love is in short supply.

      出生时我们的基因是那么完美，我们自然而然地向往爱。我们拥有无限的想象力和创意，并且知道如何运用它们。当时的世界比如今的具有更加丰富的内涵，充满魅力和奇迹。
　　那么我们到底怎么了？为什么当我们年岁渐长，环顾四周时却发现原来生活的魅力已经不复存在了？
　　因为成长偏移了我们的视线，扭曲了我们的心志，甚至违背了我们原来的世界观。它使我们觉得拿高分、表现好、挣钱多、不犯错等要比爱重要的多。
　　爱是与生俱来的，恐惧则是后天学会的。人类心灵的旅程是一个放弃或忘却恐惧，并从心底里接受真爱的过程。爱是根本，是我们唯一的归宿和活着的原因。意识到这一点，感受自我与他人之间的真爱，方才是生命的意义所在。
　　这一意义无法通过任何物质来体现，它仅存在于你我心中。如果我们珍惜的是金钱、汽车、房子、名誉，我们将得不到任何爱的回报，付出的一切都是徒劳。
　　心灵的独奏是不完整的，直到另一颗心灵有所回应。渴望歌唱的人总能找到曲谱。真爱所到之处，诗情画意无处不在。
　　我们的世界让人无所适从只因真爱太少。
