如果你想去外企或者是大型的企业，很多的公司都会要求要英文介绍；有些人没有英文面试的经验，不知道该怎么去表达，还有的人担心自己的介绍太过老旧了HR不喜欢；下面我就来分享一下工作面试英文自我介绍该怎么表达，面试的时候有什么要注意的。


如果你已经有基本的英语能力，只要多加强以下的几点，照样可以在一群竞争者中脱颖而出。而且你想想，能进到面试的关卡，已表示你的条件有足够的竞争力，除了需要展现你有口语表达能力之外，可以提升你面试表现的还有以下几点 :
1. 提高整体对话的专业度：
使用一些专业性较强的词汇及地道的句型，并进行演练直到自然为止。即使英语不是我们的母语，我们也可以预先准备一些面试时可能会用到的词汇来提高自己对话的专业度。


2. 掌握说话的技巧：
回答时避免背诵式的说话方式，可以适时加上一下口头语言来组织你的答案，包含自然的肢体动作来强调重点。改善与加强你的 speech pattern 及 information organization 的方式 。熟悉一对一面试，及团体面试各有不同的沟通方式。


3. 准备得体的回答内容，学会如何回答自己的优点：
不要套用千篇一律的答题策略，需要依据职位特点有技巧性地进行回答。我相信很多人常被这样的题目， 就是请你介绍自己，还有叙述自己的优点。


常面试时，只需要回答短短的几个句子，不需要长篇大论的讨论自己的优点，所以，只要套进此面试公式，就能运用在其他的题目上。
面试公式：
1. S-Statement and Situation (陈述，情况)
2. T-Task (任务)
3. A-Action (行动)
4. R-Result (结果)
举一个我的面试实例:
S  : 我是一个很负责并有执行力的人
T  : 在之前一个工作的场合，有一次我负责我司部门的营销活动，要帮助公司达到年度总预算
A  : 我提出一些新的项目并带领大家去拜访新的客户，以拓广业务
R  : 因为我的领导能力与我所提出的项目，公司因此增加了许多新的客户，我们的业绩上升了X 。


以下是一个小小的案例：
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I hope I can make a good performance today. I'm confident that I can succeed. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 26 years old, born in Shandong province. I graduated from Qingdao University. My major is electronics. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. I spent most of my time on study, and I have passed CET-6 during my university. And I have acquired basic knowledge of my major. It is my long cherished dream to be an engineer and I am eager to get an opportunity to fully play my ability.


In July 2003, I began working for a small private company as a technical support engineer in Qingdao city. Because there was no more chance for me to give full play to my talent, so I decided to change my job. And in August 2004, I left for Beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer. Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Moreover￡¬Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain a lot from working in this kind of company. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position. I think I'm a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure. I am confident that I am qualified for the post of engineer in your company.
